Ginger is really healthy and also soothes back and muscle pains. Different studies proved ginger cures rheumatoid issues and chronic pain too.
- 200 g ginger
- 20 g sugar
- Lime juice drops
- 1 lemon slice
- 120 ml mineral water
- 450 ml filter water
Preparation and use:
In a pot put the water and put heat on. Let this boil and add the ginger. Reduce heat and cook for 5 min. let the mix rest for 20 min and strain it after this. Aside make the syrup; dissolve sugar and add the filter water, let it boil.
Mix ½ cup ginger juice and ½ cup mineral water, add 1/3 cup syrup. Add honey and lime juice and with the lemon decorate.
