You will need:
2 to 3 middle-sized beets
Preparation: First, peel the beets and then put them in a pot with water, put the salt, and bring the pot to boil. After the beets have boiled, remove them from the pot and cut them into slices. Sprinkle them with olive oil and vinegar and add a bit of salt.
