Orange is a citrus fruit which gives energy and it is very useful in the world of beauty and nutrition. After you enjoy the fruit of the orange, you shouldn’t throw its peel. Here are sixteen ways to use orange peel around your home and to improve your health.

-Cut the orange zest into strips and dry them for tea.
-Use the dried peel as natural deodorizer in shoes, or clothes drawers. Place the peel in small muslin bag and put it wherever you want a nice and clean smell.
-Add the peel to potpourri with other flowers like chamomile and lavender, which are milder smelling flowers.

-Add it to the baths and its essential oil will steep into the bath the same way as the tea.
-Make a body-scrub with raw sugar and coconut oil as a base and then add the orange zest with cheese grater or zester. It is great for rejuvenating and exfoliating the skin;
