Scientists Warn That U.S Salmon May Contain Japanese Tapeworm

The Japanese tapeworm, Diphyllobothrium nihonkaiense, discovered in 1986 and large 30 feet can be detected in any salmon caught in Alaska and along the Pacific coast according to Emerging Infectious Diseases published in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC).

What Are Parasites and Japanese Tapeworms?

“A parasite is a tiny organism that lives on or in another host organism and is fed at the expense of its host. In other words the parasites that live inside us use up our vitamins, proteins and all other nutrients. Not only do they do this, they also do their ‘business’ inside us releasing their toxic bacteria and viruses inside us” according to Dr. Hulda Clark.

It was believed that The Japanese worm could only be found in Japan, South Korea, and the Pacific coast of Russia, but since 2013 it was proven that it can be detected in Alaskan salmon.

In the pacific coast in can be found as chum, masu, pink, and sockeye salmonand it can be consumed all around the world.

How to Recognize and Get Rid of Tapeworms and Parasites

It is manifested by abdominal pain, infections, weight loss, nausea, and loose stool. However, severe medical issues are rare.

“The infections can have a substantial emotional impact on patients and their families, because segments are evacuated over a long period of time. More severe cases may require specialized consultations and complementary analyses, which are costly” says scientist of the study Roman Kuchta.

There are meds and natural ways to get rid of tapeworms and parasites.
