
Processed foods contain highly processed ingredients or chemicals making them poisonous. The following is a list of foods we consume but we should be careful with:
- Nutmeg
Nutmeg may cause psychosis because it’s a hallucinogen. 5.5 Grams may cause cramps and 8 could cause an attack.
- Rhubarb
A small amount of rhubarb may cause serious issues and 5 kilograms of rhubarb can be fatal. The leaves contain oxalic acid and cause kidney stones.
- Potatoes
The skin of the green potatoes and potatoes sprouts contain glycoalkoloids which causes diarrhea, coma or even death.
- Tuna
When the food we consume contains mercury such as tuna, it is removed through the kidneys and the brain causing damage. The FDA recommends that children and pregnant women avoid it.
- Almonds
Bitter almond may be fatal for kids and may cause issues for adults since they contain higher quantities of hydrogen cyanide.
