Strengthens The Pancreas With These Natural Juices!

The pancreas is pear-shaped but flat, and its width is called “head”, the middle sections are the neck and body and the thin end is the “tail”.

The pancreas is a gland about 6 inches long, which is located in the abdomen. It is surrounded by the stomach, liver, spleen, small intestine and gallbladder.

The pancreas has two functions which are major, endocrine function and exocrine function, the exocrine cells of the pancreas produce enzymes that aid digestion.

Juices to strengthen the pancreas

  1. Cauliflower, lettuce and carrot juice
  • A branch of celery.
  • A glass of carrot juice.
  • A cup of Brussels cauliflower (steamed).
  • Half a glass of water.


Put everything in the blender and mix well, then take it, slowly and sips.

  1. Juice of aloe vera and artichoke juice
  • ½ cup of hot water.
  • 1 heart of artichoke cooked tender.
  • ½ lemon juice.
  • 1 cup of aloe juice (the pulp of the center, the most gelatinous part).


Bring the ingredients to the blender to have a homogenous mixture, the juice must be warm, and must have a thick consistency, which is great for healing the pancreas. This is taken at lunch.

  1. Papaya juice and linseed
  • Three almonds.
  • A large slice of papaya.
  • Half a glass of water.
  • A spoonful of flaxseed powder or seed.


This is taken in the morning and is easy to prepare, just ground in the blender all together with half a glass of water, it is taken little by little every morning and you will see that it will receive nutrients and keep your pancreas healthy.

  1. Lemon and orange juice (taken on an empty stomach)
  • A glass of orange juice.
  • 2 lemons.
