7 g cinnamon
40 g of raw honey and grinded almond
Cup of water
Cup of orange juice
Cup of oatmeal
2 cups of pineapple pieces
Procedure: Boil instant oatmeal, as you do it as usual. Pour hot water and allow to cool briefly. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, honey, almonds, water, cinnamon, stir and drink. Consume daily till the pain is gone.
