1. Refined sugar
To satisfy their extreme energy needs, cancer cells use sugar. So the chances of developing cancer will be smaller if people use less refined sugars. They are filled with a lot of cancer – causing nitrates, so their consumption has been connected with pancreatic and brain cancer, as well as leukemia.
