And as we said before it is all because of the spices. So the first group that consumed cumin powder has lost around 14 kilograms, while the second group didn’t achieve this.

The cumin powder is really beneficial because it contains phytosterols that are able to reduce the cholesterol levels. And according to scientist it has also an ability to fasten the food digestion. So, when it comes to the study because of the cumin powder, the first group was able to lose 14.64% more fat than the second group who lost only 4.91%.

To conclude, just add this healthy ingredient in yogurt, and of course, you can freely add it in each meal you want and also it will enhance its taste and at the same time you will lose weight.
