In order to perform this exercise, you should first stretch your arms across your chest.
If you want to relieve pain in the right shoulder, you need to hold your right hand in front of you at waist height. After that, reach your left arm behind the elbow and gently pull your right hand on the left side and across the chest.
Hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds, relax and then repeat it 3 to 5 times. If you still feel pain in your shoulder, drop the hand until the pain subsides.
The goal of this exercise is to perform it without experiencing pain.
