Essential oils are in fact aromatic oils that are extracted from different trees, bushes and plants through a specific extraction method that uses a special part of the plant. For instance, the extraction method uses the plant’s roots, trees, flowers, seeds and leaves.

People should always use therapeutic grade essential oil which contains a complete ratio of chemical compounds. Apply 3 drops of any of these essential oils 2 times a day on cheeks and lateral eye area but do not put directly into eyes.”

If you are dealing with blurred vision, peppermint, helichrysum and lavander essential oils can do wonders for your eyes. All you have to do is to apply these in the area around your eyes, just make sure the oil does not touch the inner part of your eyes.

Cypress

This essential oil has astringent, diuretic, homeostatic, hepatic, antispasmodic and antiseptic properties, which is why it works as respiratory tonic. It can relieve asthma, bronchitis, cellulite, varicose veins, diarrhea, etc. Moreover, it also has the ability to stimulate circulation, and strengthens capillaries.

Frankincense

This oil has amazing healing powers, and it can be used to relieve stress and anxiety. You just have to use it as a natural deodorant. It can also prevent dental issues, treat skin issues, relieve indigestion and many other health conditions. Frankincense essential oil reduces inflammation, and smoothens fine lines and wrinkles in the area around the eyes.

Lavender

You can use lavander in many ways, including its use as an air freshener, as a massage oil, add it to your homemade body scrub, enrich your home spa experience, etc. This oil will help you soothe your skin and support tissue revitalization.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is an extremely beneficial essential oil because it is a mighty antiseptic, astringent, analgesic, antidepressant, diuretic, fungicidal, anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, carminative,  and anti-pyretic product. It will help you strengthen your vacular walls, stimulate circulation, lymph flow and dilates blood vessels.

Sandalwood

This essential oil has antispasmodic, astringent, emollient, carminative, sedative, diuretic, disinfectant, antiseptic,  and anti-inflammatory effect. It stimulates circulation and hydrates skin.

Use essential oils to improve your vision

In order to improve you vision, you need to apply the oil on the area around your eyes, but never in your eyes. However, if you suddenly put some of it inside your eye, flush it out immediately. Use carrier oil to get it out easily. Try almond, coconut or olive oil.
