If you want to increase your vitamin A level eat green vegetables, sweet potatoes, peppers and carrots. Spend at least 10 minutes outdoors on the sun for increasing the level of vitamin D.
4.Numbness and tingling on hands, feet and sometimes whole body – Peripheral nerves are connected with vitamins B9, B6 and B12 directly. Therefore if you star experiencing depression, fatigue, anemia and hormone imbalance all of this is happening because of the lack of these vitamins.

How to fix it – Eat foods that are rich in the previous mentioned nutrients. Apples, bananas, kale, spinach, grapefruit and dandelion leaves.
