  • 200 grams ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 50 grams organic honey
  • 450ml filtrated water
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 1/2 cup of sparkling water

Method of preparation:

First of all, boil the water and then add the ginger. Continue cooking it on a lower heat for another 5 minutes and then remove it from the heat. Leave it to cool for 20 minutes. Now, take a separate bowl and prepare the syrup. Mix ½ a cup of sparkling water and add the lime juice and organic honey to sweeten it. Mix all the ingredients well.
