They Told You That Microwaves Are Harmful, But They Didn’t Tell You This!

Nowadays, the technology is more and more developed and we get in contact with many electrical appliances that are actually very harmful for our overall health. For instance, many people all over the world use microwaves in order to save time.

It has been estimated that even 80% of the population uses microwaves, but few of them know that they are one of the most harmful electrical appliances that come into contact with the food we consume.

The reason why they are very dangerous is because they use electromagnetic radiation to wave the molecules. As a result of this agitation, vibrations are provoked that change in order to generate heat. Besides warming the meal, this friction also causes ‘structural isomerism’, in other words, a structural damage of the food molecules.

Some researchers in Sweden conducted a study where they showed the effects of the food in the microwave during a period of eight weeks. They conducted the study on eight people who were living in a controlled ambience and were given raw food that was cooked in a conventional method. Doctors took a blood sample after every meal that they had consumes and each of them showed significant changes in the chemistry of the blood.

At the beginning of 1991, the first death was registered for using microwave ovens when a patient died after receiving a blood sample that was previously warmed up in a microwave. Due to their negative effects on our overall health, microwaves were prohibited in 1976 in Russia.

REASONS TO GET RID OF YOUR MICROWAVE

  5. The consumption of meals cooked in microwaves on a regular basis increases the cancerous cells in the human blood.
  6. A constant use of microwaves can provoke a decrease of the complete immune system. Moreover, it will make the job of certain glands in the body very difficult.
  7. Meals warmed in microwave lead to absence in concentration, emotional instability, limited intelligence.
