Recipe for pineapple shell water
It is valid preparing natural pineapple juice using only the fruit, but do not throw the peel! You can prepare a cleansing and fat burning drink with her. And to enhance its qualities combine it orange and cinnamon.
- 1 peel a ripe pineapple (keep the fruit)
- 1 liter of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (2 g)
Peel a ripe pineapple and cut in several cubes and reserve.
Then wash the shell and add a liter of water. Then add the juice of 1 orange (also, you can opt for 50/50 juice and water) and cinnamon (you can also use cinnamon sticks). Add ice to taste or bring to refrigerator to cool before ingesting.
