Knee pain is a common condition which affects millions of people in the world. It is mostly caused by injuries or defect in the knees and joints, with the pain varying from mild to severe. People usually reach for over-the-counter drugs to reduce the pain, but you should know that there are numerous natural remedies that can also help.

- ACV and cold water
